How much is shipping?

We offer flatrate shipping to Germany and the EU countries. 

For orders of any size, shipping is 4.99 € to Germany and 7.99 € other EU countries.

Where do you ship from?

Our products usually ship from our central warehouse in Heidelberg, Germany.

When will I receive my package?

While we try to deliver orders in Germany within 2-4 business days and in the rest of the EU within 2-8 business days, this is not always possible, as we depend on delivery companies. We therefore ask our customers to allow for up to 14 business days for delivery. 

In most cases you can expect to receive a tracking link for your order within 7 business days.

What is your return policy?

We love our Camel Milk Skincare products and hope you will, too. If not, we are here for you.

Unused and unopened items that are in their original condition can be returned for a full refund within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns will be processed in the original payment method. Please return to:

Do not send the package back freight collect, because in this case you will incur costs of 15.00 €.

We will reimburse return costs of up to 5.50 € for goods returned with a value of 40  €or more.

According to our general terms and conditions, the products can only be exchanged or returned in their original packaging, including any promotional products (gifts) that may have been supplied, and unopened.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track and trace code to track your order. Please click the tracking link in your email for the current status of your shipment.
